概述了《黑龙江农业科学》近几年办刊质量在不断的提高,同时从来稿、审稿、学术水平、广告等5方面分析了办刊中存在的问题,并针对这几方面的问题提出了一系列的整改措施,以求得提高《黑龙江农业科学》的整体质量。

The paper described the increasing quality of running the journal on Heilongjiang Agricultural Sciences. At the same time, the problems existed in the running the journal was analyzed from receiving manuscript, going over the manuscript, academic level and advertisement. A series of reforming measures was proposed in order to improve the whole quality of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
