摘要
烧结法铝酸钠溶液传统的单槽碳酸化分解工艺其产品粒度小、强度低,不符合电解铝工业的发展要求,本文在分析工艺过程的基础上提出了连续碳酸化分解工艺。在理论分析的基础上,提出了连续碳酸化分解工艺过程提高产品粒度的关键控制因素,并对某氧化铝厂的六槽连续碳酸化分解工艺的运行效果进行了简单介绍。
Since the particle size of the product is smaller and less strcngth from single sodium aluminate solution precipitator in the sintering process, it does not meet the development of primary aluminum industry. The paper put forwaed continuous precipitation process by carbonation after process analysis. On the basis of theoretical analysis, it set forward the key factors to improve the particle size of product in continuous precipitation process by carbonation and briefly introduces the running results of six - precipitator continuous preciptation by carbonation in an alumina refinery.
