摘要
根据大型预焙电解槽的特点和阴极炭块对扎缝材料的要求,成功地开发出一种适合于在50~60℃下使用的温捣糊,该温捣糊使用过程中沥青烟气较小,焙烧后的强度和密度较高,是一种较为理想的电解槽扎缝材料.经过在电解槽上近一年的使用,效果良好.
According to the characters of large prebaked- anode electrolysis cell and demand for the paste of cathode block , a warm - tampedd paste used in 50 - 60℃ is exploited successfully. The pitch fume released during this type of warm - rampped paste used is less. It' s strength and density after baking are better. It is an ideal pricking material for electrolysis cell. The effect is better after about a year's using in electrolysis cells.
