摘要
在蜗轮滚刀CAD系统的设计中,从设计计算到图形输出都是以数据处理为中心来组织的。结合蜗轮滚刀设计过程的具体要求及其数据特点,采用了程序化和数据文件的方式来管理数据。重点论述了计算公式、数表、图线的程序化处理方法和一维数表、二维数表的数据文件管理方法,并基于AutoLISP语言实现了整个CAD系统的数据管理。达到了数据利用率高、程度结构性好、模块性强的目的,减少了开发过程的复杂性。
In the design of the worm hob CAD system,all the work is focused on the data processing from the design calculation to the view output. This paper intends to adopt the mode of programming and data files to manage data combining with idiographic demands and data characteristic. It also expounded on the program processing method of the calculation formulae, the numerical tables and the images, and the data files management method of one-dimension and two-dimension numerical tables. Data management of the whole CAD system is realized by AutoLISP. The result shows the higher ratio of data utilization, better program structure, better modularity and less complexity of the development process.
