The paper analyzes completely the existent problems in management function, organizational installment, establishment outlay, leadership structure, staff building in management system of forest public security. Meanwhile, based on esisting prlblens,the paper explores the reform principles, which are suitable to the management system of forest public security in the new situation.The questions approached in this paper will enrich the theory of management structural reform in forest public security.
