摘要
在频域测试中,需要通过线性检波电路进行交直流的变换穴AC蛐DC雪,以研究待测系统的辐频特性。以运放为核心的线性检波器已被普遍使用,然而其高频响应较差。本文详细地讨论了影响线性检波电路高频特性的原因,并给出一种用共射—共集组合电路制作的线性检波器实用电路,其高频特性远远优于运放,还对两类电路的输出噪声进行了实测对比。
In frequency domain testing, to study amplitude-frequency characteristic of the tested system,the linear detector is needed to complete AC/DC. The linear detector mainly composed of amplifier has been applied extensively, but its high frequency response is poor. This paper discusses reasons which affect the high frequency characteristic of detector circuit And presents the applied circuit of the detector, which is made by the common-emitter-common collector combined circuit, whose high frequency characteristic is better than amplifier's. And also compares the output noises of these two circuits.
