摘要
对无后坐炮发射时火箭弹中引信擦地炸机构微小弹簧的运动进行了动力学分析。在考虑弹簧质量的情况下建立了弹簧和导电杆之间的物理模型。该模型的微分方程计算结果表明微小弹簧在弹道上的振动过程会使导电杆的受压产生周期性变化,尤其是在一些波谷处,导电杆几乎不受压力,此时如果有火箭加速和其它装配缺陷等因素的影响,就会引起弹丸在弹道上的早炸。
A physic model is established for the description of the vibration of mini-spring of the brushing exploding mechanism in the fuse of the grenade lunching from a recoilless gun. The calculated results show that with the vibration of the mini-spring the pressure on the electric conducting rod may change periodically. In the wave trough of the pressure curve, the pressure may be zero, then if the rocket is accelerating or if it has assembling defects, the early explosion of the grenade on the ballistic may be caused.
