等离子点火技术在陕西银河上河发电厂2×135MW机组直吹锅炉上的应用

摘要 陕西银河上河发电厂135 MW直吹式锅炉点火系统改造为等离子点火,在实施中,对载体风、冷却水、电气及控制系统、冷炉制粉方案等进行配套改进,使等离子点火系统顺利投运。在机组试运行期间,实现了国内首台135 MW直吹式锅炉从起动到满负荷试运行全程无燃油,经济效益和社会效益显著。 The ignition system of direct firing boilers of 135 MW units in Shanghe Power Plant under Yinhe Co Ltd, Shaanxi Province, has been retrofitted into plasma ignition. In the process of implementation, complete improvements of carrier air, cooling water, electric and control systems, as well as coalpulverizing scheme for cold furnace, have been carried out, making the plasma ignition system can be smoothly put into operation. In period of trial operation, a single drop of diesel oil hasn’t been burnt, realizing first direct firing boiler of 135 MW unit in our country, from startup to full load trial operation, without fuel oil to be used, having obvious economic and social benefits.
