MG型磨煤机异常声响的原因分析及处理

CAUSE ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT OF ABNORMAL NOISE EXISTING ON MG TYPE COAL MILLS

洛阳石化总厂热电站配有4台MG 290/470钢球磨煤机,投入运行后,不同程度地存在异常声响,并多次出现了大牙轮合口螺栓断裂现象。分析认为,这是由于大牙轮变形及未及时检修所致,经相应处理后异响消除,运行正常。

Two MG290/470 type ball mills were allocated in thermal power plant of Luoyang Petrochemical Headquarters Factory. After putting into operation, abnormal noise is existing in varying degrees, and fracture phenomena of bolts on the jointed face of big toothed wheel have frequently occurred. It is believed from analysis that the said situation to be the result of big toothed wheel being deformed, and having not been repaired in time. After treatment of the big toothed wheel, the abnormal noise of said mills has been eliminated.
