摘要
边缘区是指位于城市和乡村交接地带、城市和乡村功能互相交错的区域。在城市化快速发展的阶段、边缘区是城市空间扩展影响最集中的区域。国外已有的边缘区研究开始于20世纪30年代,研究内容从最初的定义边缘区分析形成特征,发展到从城市区域出发,从经济、空间功能等多角度分析边缘区的问题。从研究历程看,边缘区研究多集中在城市化快速发展时期,内容从最初的空间状况认识开始,逐渐深入到讨论边缘区发展的规律影响因素。
Fringe district is a zone between the builtup area and the countryside, where the used areas of city and country are interveined each other. While the step of urbanization is fast, fringe district is the first area where is impacted with the urban spatial development. Foreign study of urban fringe started in 1930s, and the context include the definition, characteristics, and the different point of view just as regional, economic, spatial, functional, etc. Through the study review, it can be found that many studies are commenced when the step of urbanization is fast. The context begins from the status, deep into the common way, the influential factors, the power mechanism and the facilities, etc.
