摘要 研究了诱导子、前体和抑制剂对东北红豆杉生产紫杉醇和taxuyunnanineC的影响。结果表明,诱导子在第12d添加,前体和抑制剂在第15d添加能有效地提高紫杉醇和taxuyunnanineC的含量。水杨酸与氯化氯胆碱的交互作用对紫杉醇的合成有很大影响,水杨酸与赤霉酸的交互作用对taxuyunnanineC的合成有很大影响。 The effects of some elicitor, precursors and inhibitors on production of taxol and taxuymmanine C in cell suspension cultures of T. cuspisata were studied. The results showed that the addition of eficitor on the 12th day, the addition of precurors and inhibors on the 15th day to the cultures may dramatically increase the production of taxol and taxuyunnanine C. The interaction of salieylic acid with chlorocholine chloride is significant for biosynthesis of taxol, and the interaction of salicylic acid with gibberellin is significant for biosynthesis of taxuyunnanine C.
