摘要
从我国南海小束格海绵(Clathriafasciculate)的乙醇提取物中分离获得一个甾酮混合物,经IR,NMR,GC MS分析和质谱数据库检索,鉴定出其中各成分的结构为:4亚甲基5α胆甾烷(1),胆甾4,22二烯3酮(2),胆甾4烯3酮(3),麦角甾4,22二烯3酮(4),麦角甾4,24(28)二烯3酮(5),麦角甾4烯3酮(6),24乙基3α,5α环甾22烯6酮(7),豆甾7,22二烯3酮(8)和豆甾4烯3酮(9)。其中化合物3是主要成分,占总甾酮的61%。
A mixture of sterones was obtained from the ethanol extract of the marine sponge Clathria fasciculate collected from the South China Sea. On the basis of IR, NMR, and GC-MS data, and MS spectra in the MS database, the compounds were identified as 4-methylene-5a-cholestane ( 1 ), cholest4, 22-dien-3-one (2), cholest-4-en-3-one (3), ergosta-4, 22-dien-3-one (4), ergosta-4, 24 (28)-dien-3-one ( 5 ),ergosta-4-en-3-one (6), 24-ethyl-3α, 5α-cyclocholest-22-en-6-one ( 7 ), stigmast-7, 22-dien-3-one(8) and stigmast-4-en-3-one(9). Among them, cholest-4-en-3-one (3) is the major component (61%).
