To reconstructure organizational structure of higher vocational schools, the task, function, authority, and criterion of organizations in higher vocational schools should be matched flatly. Meanwhile, the academic authority and administrative authority should be separated, the important status of academic authority should be stressed in school management, and the supporting point of organizational structure should he set up to enhance the key competitive power of schools.
