Application of Gravity-fed Three-Product Dense Medium Cyclone in Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant

介绍了三产品重介旋流器的工作原理及技术特点,分析了其在太原选煤厂的使用情况及应用效果。实践表明,该系统分选精度高,一、二段的Ep分别为0.043、0.052,煤质适应性强,产品质量调节方便,为企业适应多变的煤源和市场需求提供了硬件基础。

The paper reports the operation principle and technical characteristic of three-product dense medium cyclone and incorporates an analysis of application of the cyclone in Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant and their performance in operation. It is shown from practical operation of the cyclones that, the system with the cyclone in operation contributes higher precision of coal separation with E-P being 0.043 and 0.052 at first and second stage respectively. This type of cyclone has higher suitability to quality of feeding coal and is easily regulated to cater for clean coal quality required by user and therefore provides a hard basis for coal source to meet the variation in market requirement for coal quality.
