摘要
阐述了生物大分子结晶的一般过程,分析了影响结晶的因素,重点介绍了制备适于X射线衍射分析的生物大分子晶体的相关结晶技术。
The detailed understanding of the structure of biological macromolecules reveals their function. X-ray diffraction is the most reliable method to determine the structure of such large molecules, but it is used only when suitable crystals can be obtained. The bottleneck of structure determination is the ability to grow diffraction- quality crystals. This paper first presents crystallization processes of biological macromolecules, and analyzes the factors of crystallization, finally highlights the methodology for the crystallization of biological macromolecules.
