参考咨询工作已成为现代图书馆工作的重心。网络环境中参考咨询服务改变了单一的传统模式。通过对网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务工作所采用的多种方式的分析,详细地叙述了这些方式的不同特点和利弊。
The consultant work plays an important part in modem library . The consultancy with intemet has changed the monotonous traditional model in terms of service . This paper gives a detailed analysis of multiple approaches in library service with intemet and their pros and cons in actuality.
