我国高科技企业之风险投资问题研究

On the Risk Investment of High-tech Enterprises in China

风险投资作为高科技企业的一种新的融资方式,较其他融资方式更有优势,但其在我国起步较晚,发展中还存在一些问题。笔者认为,只有拓宽风险投资的融资渠道,建立并完善其资金变现通道,构建高效的风险投资政府支撑体系,培养高素质的风险投资专业人才,才能促进我国高科技企业进行有效融资。

Risk investment is regarded as a kind of new financing way for high-tech enterprise, it has more advantages than other financing ways, but it starts relatively late in our country, some questions will exist unavoidably while developing. Broadening the financing channel of risk investment, setting up and perfecting its fund realization way, constituting the system of the high-efficient risk investment government, training high-quality professional personnels in risk investment can promote the efficient financing for high-tech enterprise in China.
