基于图形硬件加速的非真实感图形实时绘制技术

摘要 非真实感图形绘制(Non-PhotorealisticRendering,简称NPR)能够反映三维形体的几何要素和设计风格,适合于CAD系统和卡通等艺术效果的显示绘制。利用现代可编程图形显示硬件技术,提出了一种在图像空间实现轮廓线提取和绘制的算法,并通过对Blinn-Phong光照模型的改进设计了一种适合于NPR绘制的改进光照模型。实验表明运算速度能够满足交互系统的实时性需求。 Non-photorealistic rendering technique is to present data in a certain style that does not necessarily have a real-life analogue. This can help us to convey information more clearly both in geometry and design style. The method is very useful to CAD system and cartoon-style rendering. In this paper, we present an algorithm for extracting and rendering silhouette outlines of 3D polygonal meshes in image space. We also propose a lighting model by improving conventional Blinn-Phong lighting model for NPR, We implement all these approaches based on modem programmable graphics hardware acceleration. The experimental results show they can satisfy real-time interactive needs.
