摘要
高炉气采样机实现了高炉气采样过程及样本分析的自动化。由于现场无人操作,无法监视采样机的状态,使得操作人员难以确定控制命令的效果。作者采用计算机图形学技术和系统仿真技术,建立了终端仿真根据控制系统(PLC),对采样机进行可视化模拟,从而可以控制高炉气采样过程。系统设计采用了面向对象的方法,虚拟PLC控制系统采用图形交互的设计思想。
The collecting machine of the blast furnace realized the automatization of the process of the collecting of the blast furnace gas and the analysis to the sample. Due to nobody operate at present, it is impossible to view the state of the sample machine, so it make the operator difficult to know the effect of the control command. Using the computer graphics technique and system simulation technique, the paper builds a terminal to visually simulate the sampling machine according to the command of PLC control system. We use the OOD method, and use the interactive graphics method to design PLC control system.
