Automatic Generation of Development Drawings for Trousers Type Steel Scuttle

分析了裤衩型钢煤斗外形的几何特点,建立了裤衩型钢煤斗漏斗表面的数学模型,分析了曲面展开的算法。以此为基础,编制了漏斗表面展开图的绘图程序,由计算机自动绘制出了展开图。以所绘制的展开图为依据,制作了实物模型,进一步验证了展开图绘图程序算法的正确性和程序的可靠性,并将该程序应用于实际工程的设计中,得到了很好的应用效果。

This paper analyzes the geometric features of the trousers type steel scuttle, sets up the mathematics model of the funnel surface of this scuttle. The algorithm of curved surface development is presented. Based on this, the drawing program of the funnel surface development drawing is written. By this program, computer can automatically draws the funnel surface development drawings. Further more, according to the development drawings, the real object model of the trousers type steel scuttle has been made. This has verified the correctness and the reliability of the program algorithm of the development drawings. We apply this procedure to an actual project design, and get a very good application result.
