摘要
目的观察31例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期口腔颌面部肿瘤患者应用CPV方案短疗程术前诱导化疗的可行性.方法对化疗前后实验室检查及术后感染率和3、5年生存率进行观察研究.结果术后感染率为18%,3、5年生存率分别为61.3%、35.5%.结论在经济欠发达的地区该方案具有一定的可行性.
Objective To investigate the possibility of treating 31 cases of oral maxillofacialmalignant tumor in stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ with short-term CPV combined chemotherapy （carboplatin 300 mg/m^2 on the 1st day , VCR 1.4 mg/m^2 on the 1st day, and PYM 6 mg/m^2 from the 2nd to 6th day）. Methods We observed the lab test outcomes and recorded the survival rates for 3 and 5 years. Results The infections rate of post-operation was 12.9% and the survival rates for 3 and 5 years was 72.1%, 66.6%, respectively. Conclusion It is one of the possible auxiliary methods to treat oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors in poor economic areas.
