摘要
①目的探讨健康教育在剖宫产术中应用的效果.②方法选择足月初产无其他躯体疾病的产妇65例为实验组,70例为对照组.实验组术前给予健康教育和心理疏导,对照组术前给予传统知识宣教,然后对术后产妇的下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、拔尿管后能否自行排尿及泌乳量进行比较.③结果两组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、拔尿管后能否自行排尿及泌乳量呈显著性差异(x2=4.989~46.446,uc=26.941、38.296,P<0.05、0.01).④结论在剖宫产术中运用健康教育方法,临床上取得较满意的效果.
Objective To discuss the effect of health education for lying-in women undergoing caesarean section. Methods Healthy full-term primiparous women were divided into experimental group(n=65) and control group(n= 70). Health education and psychotherapy were given to the experimental group before operation, while those in the control group were only given the conventional education. The time of getting out of bed and passing wind, the ability to urinate without a catheter, and milk secretion were compared between the two groups. Results The above items between the two groups were significantly different (χ^2=4. 989-446. 46; uc=26.941,38.296;P〈0.05,0.01). Conclusion The application of health education is effective in caesarean section.
