摘要
①目的 探讨目前临床医学教学工作存在的问题及解决的途径和方法。②方法 在教学实践中,全面考察临床课教学的过程、方式和手段,分析临床教学各环节对临床实践教学效果的影响,有针对性地采取措施。③结果 正确处理医疗、教学、科研三者关系、健全临床教学管理实施系统、健全落实各项规章制度、优化考核评估系统等对策的应用,提高了临床教学质量。④结论 这些对策的应用,为提高临床教学质量,培养高素质医学人才发挥了重要作用。
Objective To investigate the problems existing in present clinical teaching and to find the ways and methods to solve them. Methods In clinical practice, an overall observation and study of the teaching process were conducted and the influence of every link on the teaching was analyzed. The measures to aim directly at the problems were then provided. Results The relationship between medical treatment, teaching and scientific research was treated correctly; the management of the teaching, the implementation of the rules and regulations were set up; the evaluation system was applied. The clinical teaching was improved. Conclusion The application of the ways to deal with the problems plays a very important role in improving the standard of clinical teaching and developing high quality medical students.
