摘要 原子力显微镜作为一种新型的表面表征手段已经得到了各个方面的应用,本文探索了AFM在DNA表面结构中的研究方法,讨论了AFM在研究DNA中优势。 As a new surface characterization method, AFM has been applied into various aspects of science. The authors explored the way to research the surface structure by AFM and discussed the advantages of AFM in the DNA study.
