摘要
针对传统钢管拔制一模一孔效率低的问题,设计了一种双孔模具和自平衡牙板。介绍了双头拔制技术的要点、工作原理、模具结构及加工。实践证明,该技术比传统拔制速度提高近1倍,能耗仅为其3/4,周转效率提高1/4。
In view of the low efficiency of drawing pipe by one die and one pore, a double-head draw technology is developed. The work principle and die structure are introduced. The production proves that the drawing speed can be increased one time, but energy consumption is the third forth of the one.
