摘要 分析了污染物在卫生洁具表面的粘附过程,论述了提高卫生洁具抗污性的方法及抗污机理。结果表明:提高卫生洁具表面的光洁度,减少表面的凹凸、针孔或微裂纹等缺陷,是污染物失去立足之地的根本;降低陶瓷釉的表面能,赋予釉面憎水功能,则可减小污染物与洁具表面之间的吸附力,使其能够在较小外力作用下脱离洁具表面,从而获得易清洁或自清洁的效果;在洁具的表面形成一层活性离子层,在活性离子的作用下使亲油性的污染物变为亲水性,在水流的作用下很容易将其去除;此外,赋予釉面杀菌的功能,在一定程度上也有助于其抗污性的提高。 The process of soils adhering to sanitary ware was analyzed. The methods and the mechanisms of enhancing antifouling ability were also discussed. The results showed that the main measure to enhance antifouling ability of sanitary ware was to improve the surface smoothness, to decrease the surface energy, and to introduce an additive layer including high active ions. It has been found out that introduction of antimicrobials into the glaze can also improve the antifouling abihty.
