摘要
针对多样性、多变性产品生产的需要,结合企业集群发展的现状,提出了企业虚拟化和企业集群化相结合的产品族型集群制造系统,建立了该系统的结构模型,分析了该系统中制造资源开放利用和同构竞争选择机制及其并行生产、并行创新的运行方式,研究了面向该系统的模块化技术以及运用这些模块化技术促进企业集群进化升级的方法,并已将该系统的理论和技术应用于东莞长安模具专业镇建设。
In order to produce a changing product family with many varieties, a Product Family--Manufacturing System (PFMS) based on enterprise cluster was put foreword. The PFMS was an enterprise net consisting of a great deal of specialized enterprise cells. In the PFMS, concurrent manufacturing & innovation among enterprise cells could be realized by means of open using of the manufacturing resources and competitively selecting partners from similar enterprise cells. Thus the PFMS could be more flexible and efficient. A structure model of PFMS was set up. A PFMS -- oriented modular method was presented. With the method, a PFMS could be created from the natural enterprise cluster and updated. In support, the theory of PFMS and the modular technology was used to construct a PFMS for mould manufacturing in Dongguan, China.
