气垫炉板带材漂浮高度的解析与试验 被引量:4

摘要 金属板材漂浮高度是气垫炉重要工作参数,影响到加热速度以及风机功率消耗。本文首先提出气垫薄层新概念,进而从纳维尔-斯托克斯方程与连续性方程入手,建立气垫薄层流场的解析式;然后运用能流理论,异出漂浮高度与气体流量关系的数学模型;并通过热态模拟试验加以验证,两者基本吻合。 The floating height of plate-strip is important work data of air cushion fur- nace, which affects the heating velocity and blower power consumption. We have suggested a new concept 'thin layer of air cushion', and based on Navier-Stokes equation and continuity equation, we have established the flow field expression for thin layer of air cushion; and we have analytically derived the mathematic model for the relationship between floating height and gas flowrate by using the energy- flow theory. The mathematic model is checked also by hot simulating experiment They are coincident fundamentally with each other.
