摘要
以温州地区电力多经企业160名不同层次的员工为调查对象,采取统计分析方法,对工作满意度与工作绩效进行了统计和分析。研究得出的主要结论是:1.不同的人口变量对满意度有显著差异。2.内在满意度是任务绩效的主要影响因素。3.外在满意度是周边绩效主要影响因素。最后对这些发现进行了分析和讨论。
Based on a survey of 160 employee in Electric Multi-business Enterprise enterprise in Wenzhou, with use of statistical analysis method, it is found that Some personality traits have significant effect on job satisfaction; intrinsic job satisfaction has a significant effect on task performance; extrinsic job satisfaction has a significant effect on contextual performance. The implications of these findings are discussed.
