摘要
法律职业是随着社会分工而形成的,并将随着社会生活的日益复杂成为一个独特的职业;法律职业有着自己独特的话语体系、思维方式和价值理念;在我国推进法律职业化有着极其重要的意义,也不可避免地带来一些负面的影响;我们应该厘清法律职业化的现实障碍和宏观思路,大力推进法律职业化。
The legal profession takes shape with division of labor in society, and it will become a special one with the complicating social life. The legal profession has its own special discourse system, model of thinking and theory of value. It is rather significant to advance the legal professionalism in our county, though it will produce some negative effects unavoidably, we should recognize its obstacles in reality and develop the train of thought macroscopically.
