The emerging of Virtual technic and The Dualization of real world have made the world complicated and classified the world into a real world and a virtual world. The appearance of virtual world impacts the young college students＇ world outlook which haven＇t been settled and some of them even indulge in it. So it is the most important task for the ideological and political education in colleges to renew concept, improve net consciousness and enhance net ideological and political education to help the college students set up a brand-new world outlook.
