摘要
在pH6.4的磷酸二氢钾-磷酸氢二钾缓冲液和CTMAB、正丁醇、正庚烷组成的微乳液的介质中,水杨基荧光酮与铜(Ⅱ)、铬(Ⅵ)的显色体系灵敏度都有很大提高,选择了合适的测定波长,利用双波长解方程组法同时测定了底泥中的铜和铬。结果令人满意。
A spectrophotometric system of copper (Ⅱ) and chromium (Ⅳ) with salicylic fluorine is studied in the medium of pH 6.4 of KH2PO4- Na2HPO4 buffer and the microemulsion of CTMAB/n - butanol/n- heptane/water. The amounts of copper and chromium can be found simultaneously by resolving mathematical equations of dual-wavelength method. The sensitivities of the color reactions are much higher in the microemulsion medium than in CTMAB medium. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of copper and chromium in the waste mud.
