摘要
作者在IBM-PC/XT微型机上建立一种通用的工业浮选随机动态仿真器。浮选动态模型的参数根据实验室分批浮选数据估计。仿真器包含了浮选槽、调浆槽、泵池、混合器和管道等单元模块,通过流程拓扑矩阵将各种单元模块联系起来构成浮选回路系统模型。随机噪声叠加到确定性动态模型的可测或不可测干扰变量、控制变量和输出变量上,从而构成了浮选回路的随机动态模型,可以更真实地描述实际浮选过程的动态行为。仿真器可用于研究和选择浮选回路的控制策略。
A general stochastic dynamic simulator for the industrial flotation circuit is developed in themicrocomputer IBM-PC/XT by the authors. The parameters of mathematical models are estimatedfrom batch test data in the laboratory. The simulator contains several unit modules, such asflotation cell, conditioner, sump, mixer and pipe. The flowsheet topology matrix links all theunit modules to form the system model of flotation circuit. The stochastic noises are addedto the measruable and/or unmeasurable variables, manipulated variables and output variables ofthe flotation circuit based on the deterministic models so as to describe more really thedynamic behaviors of practical flotation processes. The simulator can be used to study and selectalternative control strategies.
