摘要
东海大桥桥面板吊架液压成套设备的研制,主要应用在东海大桥桥面板的吊装中,设计中采用了实时控制网络、“负载-敏感-控制”系统、设备软配置等技术。本次设计是在同步提升技术的基础上发展起来的,是同步提升技术在架桥领域的一次创新。系统将计算机控制技术和液压技术有机地结合起来,可以很好地克服海上作业浪涌等影响,为东海大桥的顺利施工提供了一个稳定的平台。
The main purpose of this design is to provide a steady frame for building the Donghai Bridge. Several advanced techniques are applied to this design, such as real-time control network, loadsensitivity control system, soft collocation of equipment and so on. This design bases on Hydraulic Synchronizing Lifting Technique. It integrates hydraulic technique with computer control technique. It could overcome the influence from the wind and surf, therefore it could provide a steady frame to build the bridge.
