摘要
目的:优选黄芪中黄芪甲苷的提取工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷的含量为指标,应用正交实验设计筛选黄芪的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为D3A2B3C2,即用7倍量的70%乙醇热回流提取3次,90min/次。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process for astranoside A in Cortex Phellodendri. Methods: To determine the content of astranoside A in extract solution by orthogonal design. Results: The optimum extracting condition was D3A2B3C2, that is, adding eight times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 90min (totally extracting for 3 times). Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
