摘要
目的:观察红花总黄素对实验性心肌缺血模型的影响,并探讨其与对抗氧自由基的关系。方法:采用异丙肾上腺素(10mg.kg-1)制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,随机分为对照组、红花总黄素(10,20mg和40mg.kg-1iv),行心导管插管术,观察血流动力学指标变化(MBP、LVSP、LVEDP、±dp/dtmax,等)。采用犬在位心脏测定冠脉流量法,分别观测给药前,给药后15,30,60min的冠脉流量和心肌耗氧量。结果:红花总黄素各组给药后15min均表现出不同程度的增加心脏冠脉流量(P<0.05或P<0.01),心肌耗氧量明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01或P<0.001)。红花总黄素各组对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学有明显改善作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:红花总黄素能增加冠脉流量,减少心肌耗氧量,并表现出剂量相关性变化。
Objective: To observe the effect of safflor yellow on the experimental myocardial ischemia model and investigate the relationship between safflor yellow and oxygen free radicals. Methods: Acute myolardial ischemia (AMI) model were induced by isoproterenol(10 mg · kg^-1 ). The changes of indexes on hemodynamics in rats were observed, such as MBP, LVDP, LVEDP and ±dp/dtmax. Results: Compared with conrtol group, the content of MDA and the activity of SOD in the heart muscle decreased in safflor yellow (20 mg,40 mg · kg ^-1 )groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion:We can see that safflor yellow can decrease in HR significantly and improve the index of hemodynamics.
