晋产远志品种资源多糖含量测定

The Determination of Polysaccharide's Content in the Different Polygala tenuifolia Willd Resources from Shanxi

目的:研究山西道地药材晋产远志品种资源多糖类含量。方法:应用苯酚-硫酸显色法测定。结果:大部分远志药材的总糖含量达22%以上,其中可溶性多糖含量一般在12%以上,粗多糖含量大都在10%以下。结论:不同资源的多糖含量有显著性差异。

Objective：To study the polysaccharide＇s content in the different Polygala tenuifolia Willd resources from Shanxi. Methods：The polysaccharide＇s content was determined by the colorimetric with sulfuric acid and phenol. Results： The total polysaceharide content of the most medicinal materias from Polygala tenuiflia Willd is below 10% mostly. Conclusion：There is significance difference in different resources.
