摘要
目的:为烫伤喷雾剂剂型改革研究优选提取工艺。方法:以小檗碱、总生物碱、干浸膏得率为指标,采用正交实验优选烫伤喷雾剂提取工艺条件。结果:确定其工艺条件为:A3B3C3D2,即溶剂为8倍量95%乙醇,浸提时间为40min/次,提取次数为3次。结论:该工艺提取的有效成分含量高。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Scald Sprays. Methods t The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum extraction of Scald Sprays according to the amounts of berberine,alkaloid and extract. Results: The optimum extracting condition was A3 B3 C3 D2 ,that was, to reflux the herb for 3 times and duration of extraction was 40 min for each time with 8 times amount of 95%aleohol. Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
