正交设计优选烫伤喷雾剂提取工艺

Study on Extraction Technology of Scald Sprays by Orthogonal Design

目的:为烫伤喷雾剂剂型改革研究优选提取工艺。方法:以小檗碱、总生物碱、干浸膏得率为指标,采用正交实验优选烫伤喷雾剂提取工艺条件。结果:确定其工艺条件为:A3B3C3D2,即溶剂为8倍量95%乙醇,浸提时间为40min/次,提取次数为3次。结论:该工艺提取的有效成分含量高。

Objective：To optimize the extraction process of Scald Sprays. Methods t The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum extraction of Scald Sprays according to the amounts of berberine,alkaloid and extract. Results： The optimum extracting condition was A3 B3 C3 D2 ,that was, to reflux the herb for 3 times and duration of extraction was 40 min for each time with 8 times amount of 95%aleohol. Conclusion：The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
