化学预氧化对藻类细胞结构的影响及其强化混凝除藻 被引量:30

Effect of pre-oxidation on algal cell morphology and algal removal by enhanced coagulation process

摘要 对比研究了氯(Cl2)、高锰酸钾(KMnO4)以及高锰酸钾复合药剂(PPC)等氧化剂预氧化对颤藻细胞结构的影响及其强化混凝除藻的效果.细胞氧化前后的光学显微摄影图片表明:氧化剂对细胞表面结构有不同程度的破坏作用;氧化剂不仅破坏了细胞的表面结构,同时还使胞内物质释放出来,使得出水的溶解性有机碳(DOC)升高.几种氧化剂的对比研究结果还表明,高锰酸钾复合药剂(PPC)除藻除浊效果较为明显,混凝沉后水藻细胞含量(以OD420和叶绿素含量表示)均有大幅度降低,说明PPC预氧化具有很好的强化混凝除藻效果. The effects of chlorine (Cl2), permanganate potassium (KMnO4) and permanganate potassium composite (PPC) pre-oxidation on oscillatoria cell morphology and on coagulation process were studied. Micrographs of oxidized cells reveal that pre-oxidation can damage the algal cell colony and cell wall to some extent. Pre-oxidation can also stimulate the releasing of the intracellular components to make dissolved organic matter increase. Comparison of the results shows that PPC pre-oxidation has a better effect on algal removal and turbidity removal. Algal cell concentration (expressed by OD420 and concentration of chlorophyll a) decreases distinctly after coagulation and sendimentation, which shows that pre-oxidation with PPC can enhance coagulation process of algae containing water.
