摘要
以BPO为引发剂,以乙醇为溶剂,以丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及醋酸乙烯为单体合成了醇溶性聚丙烯酸酯共聚物。利用GPC对试验进行了跟踪,讨论了反应时间、温度、溶剂及引发剂用量对单体转化率和聚合物相对分子质量及其分布的影响。
The goal of this paper is to develop an alcohol-soluble polyacrylate. In the polymerization system, BPO was employed as an initiator, ethanol as a solvent acrylic-acid, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate as monomers. The reaction process was followed by GPC. The influence of the reaction conditions (such as time, temperature, amount of solvent and initiator) on the monomer conversion and the molecular weight and its distribution of the polymers was discussed.
