摘要
以自然光为光源,茂铁型阳离子光引发剂二茂铁四氟硼酸盐([CpFeCp]BF4)可有效地引发脂环族环氧光敏体系的光固化。光解研究发现,其由dd跃迁产生的在620nm处吸收峰为可见光引发的有效吸收峰。通过考察[CpFeCp]BF4/环氧化合物光固化体系的固化活性及影响因素,发现其与脂环族环氧化合物ERL4221组成的光敏体系的光固化速度随着自然光照强度的增强和固化温度的提高,固化速度随之提高。
Ferrocenium tetrafluoroborate salt([CpFeCp]BF4), as a cationic photoinitiator, was found to be able to initiate the curing of cycloaliphatic epoxide under visible lights. It is found by photolysis the absorption at 620 nm is effective for initiating the curing of epoxide. The initiating activity and the affecting factors were investigated. The results show that the curing rate of the system of cycloaliphatic epoxide ERL-4221/[ CpFeCp ] BF4 increases with the increase in the light intensity and the curing temperature.
