摘要
文中建立了空气弹簧的静态有限元模型。运用有限元分析软件在充分考虑材料非线性、几何非线性和状态非线性的条件下,分析了在不同情况下空气弹簧的变形情况以及静刚度等性能的变化。得到了空气弹簧横向刚度特性的曲线图。由模拟刚度特性曲线可知,空气弹簧的横向刚度随着帘线角和压力的增大而增大,呈非线性特征,且随着帘线角的增大,横向刚度趋于线性。
A static finite element model of an air spring was given. The deformation and the change of the performance of the air spring on various conditions were analyzed by application of the finite element method. The force and displacement curves were obtained. From these curves, the stiffness of the transverse direction increases with increase in the fabric cord and the pressure.
