中药降纤I号治疗高纤维蛋白原血症的临床研究

Therapeutic effect of TCM Jiangxian No.1 on hyperfibrinogenemia

目的观察中药降纤I号治疗高纤维蛋白原血症的临床疗效。方法192例高纤维蛋白原血症患者,随机分为2组,治疗组101例运用中药降纤Ⅰ号治疗,对照组91例运用降纤酶治疗,观察治疗前后的临床疗效、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间(PT)和部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)以及肝肾功能和治疗后的副作用。结果治疗组总有效率89.11%,对照组总有效率62.93%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);2组治疗后纤维蛋白原含量均有明显下降,与本组治疗前比较均有显著性显差异(P<0.01),说明2组降低纤维蛋白原的作用相似;治疗组治疗前后PT和APTT无显著变化(P>0.05),而对照组治疗后与治疗前比较均有显著延长(P<0.01);对照组的出血副作用明显高于治疗组。结论中药降纤Ⅰ号治疗高纤维蛋白原血症安全有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM Jiangxian No. 1 on hyperfibrinogenemia, Methods 192 patients with hyperfibrinogenemia were randomly divided into two groups. 101 patients in treatment group were treated with TCM Jiangxian No. 1 ; 91 patients in control group were treated with defibrase, The clinical efficacy, fibrinogen, PT, APTT, liver and kidney function were observed before and after treatment, and side effects were also observed after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 89, 11% and 62.93 % respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.01 ）. After treatment the content of fibrinogen was significantly decreased in both groups （ P〈0.01 ）, In treatment group there were no significant differences in PT and APTT before and after treatment （ P〉0.05）,however, in control group there were significant differences in PT and APTT before and after treatment （ P〈 0.01 ）. The side effect of bleeding in control group was severer than that of treatment group. Conclusion The TCM Jiangxian No.1 is effective and safe in the treatment of hyperfibrinogenemia.
