经络辨证治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Clinical observation of meridian differentiation on periarthritis humeroscaphlaris

目的观察经络辨证,分经取穴治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法300例肩周炎患者随机分为2组。对照组110例,常规体针治疗;治疗组190例,按疼痛部位,采用经络辨证,分经取穴的方法,分为手阳明经、手太阳经、手太阴经针刺;如疼痛范围在2条经脉或以上者可选择2经或更多经腧穴针刺治疗。2组均12次为1个疗程。结果治疗组痊愈显效率90.0%,总有效率97.4%,近期有效率88.0%,远期有效率92.0%。对照组痊愈显效率80.0%,总有效率91.8%,近期有效率80.0%,远期有效率77.6%。2组疗效比较,痊愈显效率、远期疗效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05);总有效率和近期疗效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论经络辨证,分经取穴治疗肩周炎疗效确切。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Meridian differentiation, acupoint selection along meridian on periarthritis humeroseaphlaris, Methods 300 patients with periarthritis humeroscaphlaris were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 190） and control group（ n = 110）, Patients in the treatment group were treated by needling the acupoints in the painful area according to meridian differentiation, such as acupoints in the Large Intsetine Meridian of handyangming, acupoints in the small Intsetine Meridian of hand-taiyang, acupoints in the lung Meridian of hand-taiying, etc. Acupoints should be needled simultaneous in the different meridians in which the painful areas were. Patients in the control group were treated with routine needing, The therapeutic periods were 12 times needling in both groups, Results The curative rate, total effective rate, short-term effective rate and long- term effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 90.0% vs 80.0%, 97.4% vs 91.8%, 88.0% vs 80.0% and 92.0% vs 77.6% respectively . There were a significant difference of the curative rate and long-term effective rate （ P〈0.05） and there was no significant difference of the total effective rate and short-term effective rate between the two groups （ P〉 O.05）, Conclusion There is a definite therapeutic effect of Meridian differentiation and acupoint selection along meridian on periarthritis humeroscaphlaris.
