双麻散合酮替酚治疗变应性鼻炎60例临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Shuangmasan plus Ketotifen on Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察双麻散合酮替酚治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法90例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例用双麻散合酮替酚治疗,对照组30例单用酮替酚治疗,2组均14日为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为36.7%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论双麻散合酮替酚治疗变应性鼻炎疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of Shuangmasan plus Ketotifen on allergic rhintis. Methods 90 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 60） which were treated by Shuangmasan plus Ketotifen and control group （ n = 30） which were administrated Ketotifen. The treatment course was 14 days in both groups. The effect was observed after three courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （93.3%） was sig nificantly higher than that in the control group （36.1% ） （ P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shuangmasan plus Ketotifen have definite effect on allergic rhinitis.
