摘要
“言必称麦当劳”成为餐饮界一种时尚,也把中式餐饮经营引入了理念误区。作为大批量生产的典型代表,麦当劳模式在新的时代背景下已显不适。中国餐饮业不能盲目沿用这种模式,必须结合中国市场和饮食文化的特点,在新技术条件下发展大批量定制的新型经营模式,走中式餐饮的特色之路。
The mass-production has become an unsuitable operation model under the new market condition and technology context although it used to be a major factor contributing to the McDonald's success. China's catering industry should not blindly follow this concept but develop a new business model with Chinese characteristics by adopting the business philosophy of mass-customization with consideration to the Chinese market.
