主辅分离改制分流中工会作用的研究

主辅分离改制分流是关系广大职工切身利益和国有企业发展的重大举措,工会应在职工观念转变、组织起来切实维权、民主管理与民主监督以及实现改制工会的平稳过渡和工会建设方面发挥其积极作用,以确保分离改制工作的顺利完成。

The separation of sideline from mainline, the reform of property right of SOEs, and the repesitioning of redundant persennel are important measures that have a considerable bearing on the tangible interests of workers as well as on the development of SOEs. Trade unions should play a positive role in such aspects as the change of workers＇ ideas, organized right-protection, democratic management and supervision, the stable transition to reformed trade unions, as well as the building of trade unions so as to ensure a smooth completion of the work of separation and reform.
