Determination of Vitamin C in Jueming Jiangzhi Pill with HPLC

目的用高效液相色谱法测定决明降脂片中维生素C的含量.方法采用ODSC18柱(5μm,4.6×200mm),流动相为0.1%磷酸,检测波长为242nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1,柱温:室温.结果维生素C在0.128～0.64μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),方法的回收率为97.79%,RSD为0.90%(n=5).结论该方法能准确可靠地进行含量测定,能够有效地控制该制剂的含量.

Objective To establish a method to determine vitamin C in Jueming Jiangzhi Pill with HPLC. Methods Kromasil C18 column（5μm,4.6× 200nm） was used. The mobile phase is 0. 1% Phosphoric acid with flow rate 1.0mLmin^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 242nm. The column temperature was room temperature. Results The linear range of Vitamin C was in the range of 0. 128-0. 64μg（r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recovery was 97.79% and RSD was 0.90% （n= 5）. Conclusion The method is rapid, highly accurate and precis. It may control the quality of Jueming Jiangzhi Pill.
