摘要
重点论述大型节筒端面坡口加工机床总体方案设计、总体布局、结构设计、ANSYS有限元分析以及步进电机选取和专用弹簧设计等。经过试验证明,该加工机床具有结构设计合理、加工质量稳定、生产效率高、成本低、操作方便、易于维修等特点,具有良好的可行性。
A new big shell slope-mouth cutting machine is proposed, its collectivity scenario design,collectivity layout ,structure design, finite element analysis based on ANSYS,stepper motor select and tied spring design is discussed particularly. Tested by application, the cutting machine possess good structure design,stabile machining quality,high production efficiency,low cost,convenient operation and repair, and have good feasibility.
