摘要
针对40.5kVC-GIS中的气室刚度进行数值计算,计算出在气室侧板不同厚度下以及不同尺寸加强筋时的最大变形,根据计算结果为工程实际提供了优化设计尺寸和一些改进措施,并得到了试验验证。
Intensity of gas-filled compartment of 40.5kV C-GIS is simulated with numerical analysis. The maximum displacement can be got by calculating different thickness of plate of gas- filled compartment and different dimension of reinforcement with Pro/Mechanica software. Based on simulation, the optimization dimension and improving measure are described in this paper. Moreover, the calculation result is consistent with the test of a gas- filled compartment sample.
